The FCA Leadership meets once a year to review the Strategic Plan and we invite the FCA membership along with our FCA leadership to join us.  FCA leaders are required to attend.  The Strategic Plan is the document that identifies the priorities of the association and operationalizes the mission and purpose of the organization.
