For many trauma survivors, their professional identity can be deeply affected by their experiences, influencing career decisions, workplace dynamics, and overall job satisfaction. This webinar will explore the unique challenges trauma survivors face when rebuilding their professional identity, as well as the opportunities for growth and transformation. Mental health and career professionals will learn how to support clients in reconstructing their career paths in a way that aligns with their recovery journey and values.

5. Developing a Client-Centered Approach to Career Recovery: Learn how to take a client centered, holistic approach when guiding clients through their career recovery.

6. Fostering Self-Advocacy and Resilience in the Workplace: Equip clients with tools to advocate for their needs and boundaries in the workplace, promoting resilience and ensuring their professional environment aligns with their recovery.
