This FREE virtual event is an interactive opportunity to learn from FCA leaders who obtained Florida licensure traveling two diverse paths. Leaders will share their personal journey to licensure in Florida and what they have learned from their experiences. Time will be given for specific tips and advice, as well as questions from participants.

Christina McGrath Fair, PhD, LMHC
Christina McGrath Fair, PhD, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida since 2016. She was initially licensed in the state Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2011. She is a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor at Florida International University.
Mercedes Machado, PhD, LMHC
Mercedes Machado, PhD is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida’s Counseling and Wellness Center. Mercedes obtained her license in Florida post obtaining her masters and specialist degrees.
