FREE Virtual Training Event

The FCA Leadership Development Institute (LDI) is held in June of each year for all current and incoming leaders within FCA as a required professional and leadership development training.^ Also, this event is open to all FCA members interested in leadership and/or to learn more about how FCA functions.

This virtual free event focuses on the fostering of leadership and the training of emerging leaders in the Association and its Divisions.

For those currently serving or will be serving in the 2022-2023 fiscal year are required to attend, including FCA Committee Chairs, Region Representatives, and all Division leaders. Please note, if you are unable to attend, please contact Iris Soto, FCA President-Elect, and your Division President (if applicable).

Fiscal Duties and Responsibilities-- presented by Dr. Cecilia Butler, FCA Past President (also includes time for Divisions to work on their 2022-2023 budgets)
In the afternoon, FCA will hold Delegate Assembly to vote on important matters as presented
Following Delegate Assembly, the June FCA Executive Board Meeting will be held.
