FCA's STRATEGIC PLANNING MEETING

SATURDAY, JANUARY 29, 2022

9:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. EST

The FCA Leadership meets once a year to review the Strategic Plan and we invite the FCA membership to join us. The Strategic Plan is the document that identifies the priorities of the association and operationalizes the mission and purpose of the organization. In short, it serves as a concrete guide to what is important to FCA and to the chapter or division.

Each year this plan is reviewed, modified, and updated to reflect the current concerns and goals of the organization. We discuss what we would like to accomplish and brainstorm activities that are beneficial and are of interest to our members. Furthermore, we ensure that our goals are realistic and overall consistent with the Strategic Plan.
