"Improvisational Techniques for Leaders"

Friday, January 14, 2022

4:30 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. (EST)

Presented by

Rachel Stromberg, VP of Learning and Development, Mad Cowford Improv Comedy

Many people believe that improv is about being funny. In fact, it is actually about the ability to work effectively with others within the constraints of your circumstances.  What are constraints? Constraints can be a small budget, a short turnaround time, not having enough resources, unexpected challenges or frequent changes. You know, everyday life!

You improvise all the time: in conversations, meetings, your social life, and taking care of your family. You are making your life up as you go! But, what if you could enhance the improv skills you already use daily to help you lead yourself and others more effectively?

Who would benefit from this specific presentation?  People with a desire to improve their ability to collaborate, solve problems creatively, think on their feet, and feel more comfortable when unpredictable things happen?

This webinar is being offered FREE to FCA MEMBERS and just $10.00 for non-FCA Members.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 3:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 14, 2022.
