Join us in hearing from our esteemed panel as they speak about healthy workplace culture-confronting bias in all its forms.  They will be discussing how to obtain awareness and partaking in those crucial conversations as well as training initiatives.


Learning objectives ~ attendees will learn:

  • to witness engagement among counseling and career development professionals in an effort to enhance understanding of bias, in all its forms, in the present day workplace.
  • about tools, techniques and resources to confront bias in the workplace and spur crucial conversations among team members and leadership in the workplace.
  • to enhance participant’s awareness and confidence in providing support to individuals who are experiencing, or have been impacted by, bias in their workplace.
