Presentation Overview: This presentation will offer a safe space for participants to better understand Racial Battle Fatigue (RBF), identify its symptoms, and address its impact on the well-being of people of color across areas including school, private practice, and academia.
Its learning objectives include: (a) defining Racial Battle Fatigue; (b) identifying symptoms associated with RBF; and (c) discussing strategies to address RBF and ways to support colleagues and clients of color.
