Discussing Racism and Racial Trauma in
Clinical Supervision Webinar

Webinar Overview: This training will focus on racial trauma as a counseling outcome associated with experiences of racism. Guidelines for clinical intervention are presented and the role of the clinical supervisor is discussed as it relates to the therapy of treatment and the process of supervision.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this interactive presentation attendees will be able to:

Assess how systemic racial oppression impacts the supervisory relationship;
Identify guidelines to address racial trauma in clinical supervision; and
Understand the psychological effects of systemic racial oppression has on supervisees & clients.
