We will discuss social pressures and stigma young adults face in regards to substance abuse. This webinar will educate you about the risk factors young adults have that could contribute to addiction. 1) Learn the difference in treating young adults and addiction 2) Learn how to increase community and family support 3) Learn about Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) options.

 

About Amanda Mattick: Amanda Mattick has been specializing in addiction treatment and the millennial generation for 7 years now. Her experience has been working as a therapist in an intensive outpatient setting, drug court, partial hospitalization, crisis unit, and methadone clinic. Now she lives in Brevard County and is in private practice. She is passionate about advocating for counseling and well-being of young adults in her community.
